Terms and Conditions for 10% Early Bird Discount at The Long Barn (Cedar & Zinc)

1. Eligibility:

• The 10% discount is valid for bookings made at The Long Barn.

• The holiday must be taken between 1st January 2024 and 5th April 2024.

• The discount does not apply to holidays booked for dates beyond 5th April 2024.

2. Booking Period:

• The discount is available for bookings made from 1st January 2025 until 3rd April 2025, unless stated otherwise.

3. Discount Application:

• The 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of the stay at the time of booking.

• The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

4. Exclusions:

• The discount is not applicable to additional services, including but not limited to catering, cleaning services, or other add-ons.

5. Payment Terms:

• Full payment or a deposit as outlined in The Long Barn’s booking policy must be made at the time of booking to secure the discounted rate.

• Any balance payments must be made according to the standard booking terms and conditions.

6. Amendments and Cancellations:

• If a booking is amended to dates outside the eligible period, the discount will no longer apply, and the standard rate will be charged.

• Cancellations will be subject to The Long Barn’s standard cancellation policy, and refunds will be calculated based on the discounted amount paid.

7. General Terms:

• The offer is subject to availability.

• The Long Barn reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• By making a booking under this promotion, guests agree to these terms and conditions in addition to The Long Barn’s general booking terms and conditions.
